We set up Centre Paws Ltd, formerly known as Katy's K9 Care, in 2015 to provide an incredible experience for dogs and owners. From small beginnings, we’ve added a different range of services, making us different from other Dog Day Care/Walking businesses in Wirral. While we’re proud of our fun and easy going attitude, our commitment to the safety and security of your pet guides everything we do.

Your pet’s happiness is our number one priority. During this service, we learn what they like and dislike and always treat them with kindness and patience. We offer a variety of grooming services and offer a Sunday bathing service with Sophie.

DOG DAY CARE

Plenty of Love and Attention

Dog day care is one of our most popular services, especially for repeat clients. We pride ourselves on our professional yet fun approach, and do everything necessary to ensure your pets are safe, secure and happy. Based in an outdoor environment, we are Wirrals first and only licensed outdoor facility. We have many different areas for dogs to explore, with cozy resting huts, play apparatus, bouncy castle, agility equipment and our very own dog swimming pool, and new Aqua park area due to open in May.

We are open for Day care from from 7.15 am to 6 pm. We can offer flexibility on drop off and collection times, meaning you choose how long your dog stays with us. Dog day care, starts from £20 for half a day, and £26 for a full day. To book Day care online, your dog must of completed a Meet and greet and trial session. DOG PARK HIRE

The Best for Your Pet

If you are looking for an off lead enclosed area to exercise your dog. We have the perfect dog park. In fact, there are now two, to choose from. We have the main dog park (Adventure park), with climbing frames, trampoline, some agility equipment, sandpit and bouncy castle(currently down for winter). This area has an AstroTurf area with an undercover shelter. This area during the summer months, will not be available as it houses our swimming pool will be apart of a new exciting area we are creating for the dogs.

Our second area, is a plain and simple grassy field, perfect for recall training. Over the coming months equipment and apparatus will be added to offer more enrichment for you and your dog. SPLASH PAWS

A splashing time

Splash paws is our swimming pool and Aqua park area for dogs. Dogs love having a splashing time, swimming and playing. Here you will find different sized swimming pools, catering for all sizes and ability. There are splash pads and fun sprinkler systems. We also have our very own hot tub for the humans to enjoy.

Splash Paws will be available for public/social gatherings managed by competent staff, as well as private hire. Full booking terms and opening schedule will be available soon. Work is currently being undertaken to the site, ready for the warmer weather.

WHAT ELSE?

Centre Paws is also home to Bethan's Ark animal sanctuary. Here we look after many animals including Ponies, a pig, Chickens and ducks, Cats and lots of rabbits. We often hold a range of events through out the year and we have lots and lots planned for the new year ahead, including a new outdoor seating area and cafe for visiting guests of the dog park or just to see our rescue animals.
